Mike Mothersill has devoted over 23 years to learning the intricacies of bodybuilding, nutrition, and hormones. As a seasoned bodybuilder, he has graced the stage numerous times, securing victories in the middleweight and light heavyweight categories at prestigious competitions like the Victoria Cup and Vancouver Island Showdown. Driven by a genuine desire to assist others, Mike seeks to share the wealth of knowledge he has accumulated through two decades of continuous trial and error.

He believes in crafting personalized diet and training programs that adapt to individuals’ lifestyles, avoiding the need for them to conform to a predefined regimen.
